I am grateful that Mayor Steve Aspel and Council Member Matt Kilroy understand the need to eliminate the waste from and reintroduce integrity to the Treasurer’s operations. The Mayor and Council must be on board to reduce the salary and to place charter reform on the ballot in 2015.
